in extreme team match

5th year of the relay team race in the extreme disciplines.

Traditionally we will race in teams. Every team has 4 members who will try to conquer four hard disciplines:

UPHILL RUNNING - PARAGLIDING - KAJAK - MOUNTAINBIKE
 
1. UPHILL RUNNING: Špindlerùv Mlýn, Sv.Petr (741 m.o.s.) - 
Míseèky - Medvìdín (1.234 m.o.s.) 
 
2. PARAGLIDING: Medvìdín (1.234 m.o.s.) - Špindlerùv Mlýn, parking lot over the Labska dam
 
3. KAJAK: Špindlerùv Mlýn, parking above Labe River Dam (670 m.o.s.) - Dam - aproximately 5 km. In case of good weather conditions (lots of rain) we will race up to Michlùv Mlýn (625 m.o.s.) 
 
4. MOUNTAINBIKE: Labska Dam (670 m.o.s.) - Sv.Petr - Kopøivník - Pøední Planina (1195 m.n.m.) - Špindlerùv Mlýn, Sv.Petr (741 m.o.s.) In case of good weather conditions (lots of rain) we will race from Michlùv Mlýn (625 m.o.s.) 

 

     

Our suggestion: We suggest taking part in our race only in case you have any experiences with the mentioned disciplines. You know, everyone wants to win and it makes this race very hard.
